Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate such changes, we have a clear and fair cancellation policy.

Domestic Tours

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the trip start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 15-29 days before the trip start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days from the trip start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

International Tours

• Cancellations made 45 days prior to the trip start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 30-44 days before the trip start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days from the trip start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
